What if I have handles or locks in the center of my garage door?
Place your magnet on the desired spot and ensure it is well-centered. If it conflicts with a handle, trace the section that needs to be cut to customize the magnet according to the shape of your handle. If there is a flat lock, the magnet can go over it. You may also have the option to temporarily remove your door handles.
Can I still open my garage door normally?
Yes, you can. Our magnets are pre-cut and do not interfere with the operation of your garage door as it opens or closes.
What if I lose or damage a section of my magnet?
No worries! Please contact us and let us know which part needs to be replaced. For a small fee, we will ship a brand-new replacement to you.
